This first-release policy is an operational summary and should be reviewed for the final hosting jurisdiction before the public domain launch.

Information we collect

We may receive your name, company, country or region, email address, WhatsApp number, product interests, project area, message and any attached drawings or site photos through an inquiry.

Why we use it

We use inquiry data to answer questions, recommend products, prepare quotations, review drawings or site references, coordinate samples and support export or shipping discussions.

Attachments and access

When you include court drawings, site photos or design references with an inquiry, the files are transmitted together with your message to our inquiry mailbox and are not stored on the website. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need the information to respond to your inquiry. We do not publish inquiry files.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently activate a Google Analytics property or ask for analytics consent. Browser and hosting services may process standard technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site.

Retention and deletion

We retain inquiry information only for a reasonable period needed to support the project, comply with legal obligations and maintain business records. You may request deletion where applicable.
