Information we collect

We may receive your name, company, country or region, email address, WhatsApp number, product interests, project area, message and any attached drawings or site photos through an inquiry.

Why we use it

We use inquiry data to answer questions, recommend products, prepare quotations, review drawings or site references, coordinate samples and support export or shipping discussions.

Attachments and access

When you submit an inquiry, your message, contact and project details, and any court drawings, site photos or design references are sent to our inquiry mailbox. They may also be copied to our access-restricted internal CRM so our team can respond, prepare quotations and maintain business records. Inquiry data and files are not stored on the public website, and we do not publish inquiry attachments.

Shared court designs

When you create a preview link, we store a snapshot of its layout, dimensions, colors, tile preference and equipment settings on our server. Anyone with the link can view it without signing in. Uploaded logos and contact details are not included. Shared designs remain available until removed; to request removal, email us with the link. Saving a design on your browser instead uses local browser storage.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you choose Accept Analytics. It measures page visits, traffic sources, successful inquiry submissions and contact-link clicks. We do not send inquiry messages, contact details, attachments or shared court designs to Google Analytics. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled. You can reject analytics or withdraw permission at any time through Cookie Preferences at the bottom of each page. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days; analytics cookies may also last up to 180 days. Google processes analytics information, including device and approximate location information, under its privacy policy. Browser and hosting services may process standard technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site.

Retention and deletion

We retain inquiry information only for a reasonable period needed to support the project, comply with legal obligations and maintain business records. You may request deletion where applicable.
